If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of time from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a certain period of time. Please note that shipping fees of 5$ and restocking fees of 3$ may apply.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
