Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of time from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a certain period of time. Please note that shipping fees of 5$ and restocking fees of 3$ may apply.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
Shipping and Return Shipping Costs
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. We may provide a prepaid return label for damaged or defective items.
Exceptions
Please note that certain items, such as custom or personalized items, are not eligible for return or refund. Additionally, clearance or final sale items are also not eligible for return or refund.
